Role Description The NDT Level II Technician (PT/MT/ET/UT, NAS 410) is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This position is responsible for performing non-destructive tests such as penetrant testing (PT), magnetic particle testing (MT), eddy current testing (ET), and ultrasonic testing (UT) on aircraft structures, components, and fuel systems. The technician will interpret indications, document results, and communicate findings to maintenance and structural repair teams to support safe and effective repairs. Daily activities include setting up and calibrating NDT equipment, following NAS 410 and company procedures, maintaining accurate inspection records, and supporting coordinated work with fuel tank and structural repair teams. The role also involves adhering to safety standards, participating in quality audits, and assisting with continuous improvement of NDT processes.
