Job summary

Beehive Industries is a Cincinnati, OH-based provider of additive manufacturing for jet propulsion, seeking a NDI Technician - FPI Level I. You will perform fluorescent penetrant inspections on aerospace hardware under NAS 410 guidelines, documenting results and maintaining records. The role requires NAS 410 Level I training, strong attention to detail, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

security clearance. ISO processes and quality systems experience are preferred, with operations across multiple

Qualifications

• Must meet NAS 410 Rev 6 Level I requirements and Beehive's NDT practice.
• 16 hours of PT training and 130 hours of applicable experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI/PT) per work instructions and customer requirements.
• Prepare parts, apply penetrant, dwell, develop, inspect, and post-clean steps per parameters.
• Document results, maintain traceability, and support audits and quality records.
• Interpret/designate products for acceptance/rejection only as authorized by Level III.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and area for safe, compliant inspections.
