Job summary

Magellan Aerospace, New York, seeks a MRB Analyst to maintain, manage and control nonconformance products. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or a similar industry.

The salary range for this position is $32.00 to $34.00 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvements and system enhancements. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001 or similar QMS standards.
• Experience controlling nonconformance products and CAPA processes.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality management system per AS9100.
• Identify process improvements to reduce defects and waste.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues.
• Prepare nonconformance documentation and performance metrics.
