Job summary

RTX is seeking an entry-level Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Systems Engineer II in Tucson, AZ, onsite. You will create high-fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight-test support, contributing to the program's lifecycle from concept to fielded product.

You will work with the PG&C Center's diverse teams, applying MATLAB/Python tools, C/C++ software design, and UNIX/Linux environments to develop modeling solutions, perform trade studies, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in STEM obtained by start date.
• Experience applying object-oriented software design in C++/C; MATLAB and Python for data evaluation.
• Experience developing or simulating physical systems.
• Experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, or analysis for engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity simulations and models for missile design and flight test support.
• Develop and implement modeling solutions and conduct trade studies.
• Collaborate with GNC, Signal Processing and performance teams to perform simulation activities.
• Provide guidance and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
