Job summary

ProMed is seeking an entry-level Specialized Applications Technician I to help convert engineering designs and customer orders into defense and aerospace products delivered on schedule. You will perform precise trimming, inspection under a microscope, and assembly while maintaining traceability and compliant documentation.

The role emphasizes data entry, controlled information handling, and collaboration with engineers during prototyping.

Qualifications

• Must meet “U.S. Person” eligibility requirements as definded by ITAR (22 C.F.R. § 120.62) to access export-controlled technical data.
• A strong ability to read and communicate in English language.
• Detail oriented mindset—ability to count and maintain accurate product quantities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
• A commitment to company-wide continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing, documentation, and data entry to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with product trimming, inspection, and assembly using a microscope.
• Support SA projects and daily activities of the SA department and other departments as requested.
• Build technical skills and process knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
• Meet expectations of regular, reliable attendance
