Job summary

ProMed in Minnesota seeks an entry-level Specialized Applications Technician I to convert engineering designs and orders into defense and aerospace components. You will perform precise molding-related tasks, microscope inspection, trimming, and data entry, ensuring traceability and quality.

Responsibilities include on-time delivery support, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with engineers and production teams.

Qualifications

• Must meet “U.S. Person” eligibility requirements as defined by ITAR to access export-controlled technical data.
• Strong ability to read and communicate in English language.
• Detail oriented mindset—ability to count and maintain accurate product quantities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
• A commitment to company-wide continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing, documentation, and data entry to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow traveler and work instruction requirements and maintain traceability.
• Perform precision trimming and microscope-based inspection and assembly.
• Maintain clean, organized work area to keep lots traceable and prevent mix-ups.
• Record production data accurately in line with Good Documentation Practices.
