AMETEK is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support design, quality and manufacturing teams in the development and assembly of aerospace sensors. You will work across mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic instruments, participating in process development and documentation for new products.

The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, adherence to drawings and instructions, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement using lean tools and Six Sigma practices.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing instructions.
• 5-7 years experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Commitment to process improvement and operational excellence tools (5S, Kaizen) where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Support assembly, test, and fabrication for aerospace sensors.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering on processes and equipment.
• Develop documentation for new products and transitions to other sites.
• Assist with product transitions and documentation to support manufacturing scale-up.
