TRIGO ADR Americas seeks a Lab Manager to lead the Metrology (CMM inspection) and NDT laboratory. You’ll drive quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EAR/ITAR, and NAS 410 standards.

You will supervise technicians, manage budgets, and mentor staff, ensuring measurement traceability and program effectiveness in a aerospace service environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 7+ years in Metrology/QA/NDT.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with supervisory experience.
• US citizenship and ability to pass background checks for defense contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily lab operations to optimize scheduling, workflow, and resource use.
• Oversee Metrology, CMM inspection/programming and NDT staff and productivity.
• Ensure calibration, maintenance, and accreditation requirements are met and documented.
