TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to operate CMMs and ensure products meet quality standards. You will set up programs, calibrate, and generate inspection reports while reviewing records for compliance in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of aerospace inspection experience, with PCDMIS or CALYPSO, and strong GD&T knowledge. Expect typical M–F hours and potential travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Extensive aerospace dimensional inspection experience with PCDMIS or CALYPSO.
• 5–10 years aerospace/manufacturing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and run existing CMM programs, perform alignment and daily calibration.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain inspection documents.
• Review inspection records for compliance and maintain equipment.
• Coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for nonconforming parts.
• Possess strong communication and analytical skills; adhere to safety and quality standards.
