TRIGO ADR Americas seeks a Lab Manager to lead the Metrology (CMM) and NDT laboratory, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements. You will manage personnel, equipment, budgets, and continuous improvement while serving as the primary customer-facing contact for lab services.

The role requires extensive experience in metrology, dimensional inspection, and NDT within aerospace contexts, plus strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.
• 7+ years in Metrology, Dimensional Inspection, Quality Assurance, or NDT.
• 5+ years in Aerospace service-related industry.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily laboratory operations to ensure efficient scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization.
• Oversee Metrology, Dimensional inspection, CMM programming, and NDT services and personnel; monitor turnaround times and delivery performance.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices; manage budgets, expenses, and capital equipment.
• Ensure measurement uncertainty, traceability, calibration, and maintenance programs are maintained.
• Interface with customers to understand technical requirements and provide solutions; assist with quotations and project planning.
• Promote safety, quality, and customer service culture; lead training and staff development.
