Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Engineer to evaluate supplier capabilities and baseline processes for conformance to aerospace quality standards. You will develop life‑cycle quality plans, drive RCCA and CAPA actions, and participate in QMS audits to ensure compliance across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in lean manufacturing and quality engineering, with AS9100/ISO9100 exposure, FAI experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years LEAN manufacturing experience in QA.
• 3–5 years in quality engineering: FMEA, SPC, RCCA and process control.
• 2–3 years ISO9100/AS9100 QMS exposure.
• 2–3 years aircraft parts/material conformity inspections.
• 3–5 years FAI with AS9102 protocol.
• 3–5 years GD&T, inspection methods and IPC-610/J-Std-001 knowledge.
• Airframe experience and AVMS electronics experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier capabilities and baseline processes to conformance.
• Develop quality evaluation plans from material requests to receipt.
• Lead CAPA/ RCCA investigations and corrective actions.
• Participate in QMS audits and process improvements.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and R&D on quality issues.
