Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) Cape Canaveral is seeking a design and analysis engineer to work on facility mechanical systems, including movable platforms, hydraulic systems, and high-bay doors. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and lead engineering projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college.
• Familiarity with ASME, AISC, and ASCE design codes.
• Experience with CAD software, preferably Autodesk.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical systems and hydraulic systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and failure investigations.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on status, technical analysis, and design reviews.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation such as schematics and procedures.
