Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Lexington, Kentucky, seeks an Experienced Mechanical Engineer for the SOFGLSS team to design and modify military vehicle and aircraft platforms, applying advanced engineering to support warfighters worldwide.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare ANSI/ASME drawings, and deliver high-quality, compliant solutions while navigating security requirements and aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D parametric modeling in CATIA, SolidWorks or similar software.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and approving engineering change documentation.
• Experience creating ANSI/ASME Y14.100 compliant drawings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
