Qualifications

• Knowledge of system life-cycle processes (requirements, design, integration, verification, validation, sustainment).
• Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks.
• Clear technical writing (design documents, interface control documents, reports).
• Problem solving and troubleshooting with a systematic approach.
• Applying root-cause analysis techniques.
• Ensuring designs meet governmental, export-control, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for systems engineering requirements and interface development, flow down of requirements, coordination and planning of tests, troubleshooting system issues, and execution of tests.
• Analyze customer requirements to determine total scope, basis of estimate, plan Systems Engineering tasks within an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Prioritize and ensure tasks are on schedule.
• Provide oversight of subcontractors to ensure technical review completion/closeout actions and on-time work product deliveries.
