Qualifications

• 3D parametric modeling experience in CATIA or SolidWorks.
• Experience creating, reviewing and approving engineering change documentation.
• Experience creating ANSI/ASME Y14.100 compliant drawings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team to design and modify military vehicle and aircraft platforms.
• Ensure robustness, safety margins, producibility, and operational availability of designs.
• Mentor team members and manage resources to meet program milestones.
• Coordinate with program management and external customers to deliver solutions.
