Job summary

RTX is offering a Manufacturing Engineering Intern role to gain hands-on exposure to jet engine fabrication in a busy shop floor. You will lead process-improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams while applying your engineering knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, at least 30 academic credits by start date, and be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace or related STEM fields, remaining enrolled

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must have a minimum of 30 academic credits by the start of the internship.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or related STEM degree program and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to jet engine manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
• Lead process-improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Apply engineering knowledge to real-world scenarios on the job.
