The engineer will review technical requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements with a focus on FPY and turnaround time. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, strong documentation skills, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience reviewing and developing technical documentation, procedures, and repair processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Review and research technical requirements for repair development.
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and technical documentation.
• Support yield improvement initiatives by identifying findings and proposing solutions to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve first-pass yield (FPY).
• Develop and complete overhaul repair instructions, technical inspection instructions, and repair process documentation.
• Provide technical support and oversight to suppliers involved in overhaul repair activities.
