Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Electromagnetics Hardware Design & Fab team in Palmdale designs, fabricates, and tests LO apertures and RCS fixtures for classified programs. The role involves close collaboration with RF engineers and other disciplines to deliver innovative RF and RCS hardware from concept through fabrication and testing in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should be a strong mechanical engineer with project management skills, capable of communicating effectively under tight schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Working knowledge of CATIA V5, 3DExperience, or similar CAD experience.
• Experience with detail part / assembly design.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate hardware for LO apertures and RCS test fixtures.
• Collaborate with RF engineers and other disciplines (M&P, stress, EEE) to develop RF and RCS solutions.
• Drive interdisciplinary problems from concept to fabrication and testing under tight schedules.
