Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical/Materials Engineering
• Knowledge of aerospace adhesive resin system formulations (epoxy, phenolic, polyamide)
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• High quality standards and urgency
• Cross-functional leadership with internal/external customers
• Multirole project management and cross-team coordination
• Understanding of composite industry, resin families, fibers
• Basic statistical analysis and data presentation
• English proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, and execute product qualifications for aerospace materials
• Interpret and recommend qualification strategies per corporate standards
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, customer engineering, and account managers
• Foster supplier/customer communication for requalification projects
• Support management of change procedures with site/global quality teams
