Job summary

Syensqo SA in Havre De Grace, MD, is seeking a Qualifications Engineer to initiate and lead product qualification programs for aerospace materials. You will interpret qualification strategies, interact with manufacturing, quality, customer engineering and account managers, and foster strong supplier and customer communications to drive requalification projects.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical/Materials Engineering
• Knowledge of aerospace adhesive resin system formulations (epoxy, phenolic, polyamide)
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• High quality standards and urgency
• Cross-functional leadership with internal/external customers
• Multirole project management and cross-team coordination
• Understanding of composite industry, resin families, fibers
• Basic statistical analysis and data presentation
• English proficiency required
