Job summary

GE Aerospace’s Batesville Composites Operations in Batesville, MS seeks a Materials Planner to coordinate raw materials, components, and production requirements to align with schedules and customer delivery commitments.

You will develop production schedules, material plans, and purchasing requirements, partnering across supply chain, operations, sourcing, and quality to drive inventory optimization and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HS diploma with 4+ years manufacturing/materials experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production control.
• Experience in aerospace, composites, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers and internal operations to support the production plan.
• Develop, maintain, and update production schedules, material plans, and purchasing requirements for on-time material availability.
• Partner with operations, sourcing, quality, logistics, and manufacturing to resolve shortages and schedule changes.
