Job summary

Qarbon Aerospace, a premier manufacturer of composite components for aerospace, seeks a Material Planning and Control professional in Milledgeville, GA. You will ensure the right materials, parts, and schedules align with production plans using MRP and ERP systems.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, 0–3 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. This 100% onsite role supports aircraft manufacturing with robust benefits.

Qualifications

Must have familiarity with MRP and ERP systems used in aerospace manufacturing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as central contact for TCM tool @ Milledgeville by designated program.
Validate incoming POs and forecasts for alignment with TCM data.
Coordinate with buyers to place requisitions and manage POs.
Analyze opportunities to consolidate orders to minimize excess material.
Lead bi-weekly LOB meetings with program managers to discuss shortages/risks.
Collaborate with Lab and Operations to schedule re-tests and ensure timely completion.
Work with PMs for approval to scrap expired materials.
Review production schedules and customer requirements to determine material needs.
Use MRP/ERP to calculate material requirements and maintain planning data.
Monitor inventory levels to support production.
Track supplier deliveries and communicate delays to purchasing.
