Service Steel Aerospace in Canton, Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support inventory control and order fulfillment in a metals distribution setting. The role operates forklifts, cranes, and band saws, and requires meticulous data entry and compliance with safety and quality procedures.

The schedule runs Wed-Sat, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with opportunities to develop in a growing global materials company.

Formación

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, side loaders, or order pickers is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate band saw equipment or willingness to be trained.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and work order data entry.
• Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experienced working to targets and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Move inventory or equipment and fill customer orders.
• Pull material from racks and unload incoming material.
• Tag material for proper identification and complete documentation.
• Operate forklift, side loader, or crane to move material.
• Receive, store, and locate items in stock locations.
• Review work/shipping orders to assemble orders.
• Input data into the inventory system and follow quality procedures.
