GE Aerospace’s Avionics business is seeking a Material and Fulfillment Leader to drive material planning and fulfillment across production, repair, and NPI. You will own S&OP, master scheduling, supply planning, and execution, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to meet schedules and optimize costs.

Lead cross-functional teams to resolve shortages and execution challenges, while ensuring inventory optimization and adherence to policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or HS diploma with 9+ years in Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain)
• Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership
• U.S. Citizenship status required

Responsabilidades

• Lead master planning and fulfillment to improve delivery, cost, and inventory
• Own and drive the S&OP process across demand, supply, and production
• Manage master scheduling and supply planning for new production, repair, and NPI
• Prepare/update production schedules and purchasing requirements
• Coordinate and expedite material flow from suppliers and internal operations
• Optimize inventory levels in line with production plans and fulfillment targets
• Develop strategies to improve supply chain resilience and execution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues
• Foster continuous improvement and lean execution across materials and fulfillment
• Lead teams through complex manufacturing environments with technical variety
• Influence peers and external partners to align actions
• Travel approximately 25%
