Job summary

GE Aerospace’s Avionics business seeks a seasoned Material and Fulfillment Leader to drive material planning, master scheduling, and supply planning across production, repair, and NPI. You will lead S&OP, coordinate supplier flow, and optimize inventory while aligning with schedules and KPIs.

You will build cross-functional teams, improve delivery performance, cost, and resilience, and ensure compliance with policies. Travel ~25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Manufacturing Operations or related field.
• Experience leading people in manufacturing operations or supply chain.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead material planning and fulfillment across the Avionics business.
• Own S&OP, master scheduling, supply planning, and fulfillment execution.
• Coordinate materials flow from suppliers to internal departments.
• Improve delivery, cost, and inventory outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues.

Bachelor's degree

High School diploma / GED with 9 years experience

CPIM certification
