Job summary

Triumph Geared Solutions in Park City, UT is seeking an Expeditor to monitor production schedules and expedite material flow across purchasing, receiving and production areas to meet deadlines.

You will communicate material status, escalate shortages, and support production meetings to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow. Strong organizational and multi-department coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with expediting/planning in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas.
• Read production schedules, inventory reports and purchase orders to determine quantity of materials required and priorities.
• Confer with supervision to determine overdue material and inform planning of material status.
• Maintain transactions related to inventory and production records.
