Job summary

Triumph Geared Solutions Macomb seeks a Planner to own the master schedule for key customers. You will use the ERP system to align demand with internal supply and coordinate with the expeditor to keep deliveries on time.

You will collaborate with Contracts and Program Management to ensure schedules stay aligned with manufacturing capabilities and will ensure daily/weekly shipments are created with the inspection and shipping teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a planner.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with data manipulation and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders to customer demand.
• Review production schedules and coordinate with expeditor for manufacturing needs.
• Collaborate with Contracts and Program Management to align schedules with capabilities.
• Create and maintain ship schedules with inspection and shipping teams.
• Identify risks/opportunities with Master Scheduler.
• Review monthly forecast to identify risks and opportunities.
• Run planned order reports for new requirements.
• Ensure MRB and rework orders align with demand.
• Support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
