Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to assist in purchasing, planning and scheduling activities under supervision. The role involves coordinating part tracking, expediting, ERP data integrity and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Ideal candidates are actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain, with a minimum 2.75 GPA, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, leadership abilities and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
• GPA of 2.75 accumulative or better.
• Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve.
• Solid understanding of concepts of inventory flow, inventory management, and planning.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate part tracking and expediting activities, communicate change requirements to Purchasing, Production, & Suppliers.
• Perform ERP system data integrity maintenance.
• Assist in planning/scheduling/purchasing duties.
• Perform data entry, run status reports, file and perform other general administrative duties as needed.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
