Job summary

Onboard Systems International in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Material Planning & Inventory Manager to lead production planning, material planning, and inventory control, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal stock levels.

You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to balance demand, capacity, and inventory, and you will drive ERP/MRP data integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years in production planning, scheduling, materials management, or inventory control.
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing planning and inventory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling to align demand with capacity.
• Own material planning processes and translate demand into material requirements.
• Drive inventory management and optimization across cycles and stock levels.
• Ensure ERP/MRP data integrity and effective planning parameters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality.
