Job summary

Spectrum Networks LLC, based in Fife, WA, seeks a Material & Production Planner to coordinate procurement, inventory control, and production planning. The role links suppliers, engineering, and production to ensure on-time delivery of aerospace components and assemblies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in procurement or production planning in a manufacturing environment, with AS9100/ISO9001 familiarity and ERP/MRP experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in procurement, inventory control, production planning, or related operations role preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment; regulated/electronics/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001/FAA processes preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel required; ability to read engineering drawings/BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: create POs, maintain open PO status, follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Inventory: manage lot tracking, stock levels, shelf-life, and accuracy.
• Production planning: coordinate schedules with program management and sales; manage kit picking and material readiness.
• Quality support: assist NCR/CAR processes and supplier corrective actions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, program management, and quality teams to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets.
