Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Material Handler II to be based onsite at our Long Beach, CA headquarters. You will manage receiving, inventory, and kitting for Electron production, ensuring FIFO processes and accurate stock control to support fast-paced manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience, with familiarity in MRP/ERP systems. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow within Rocket Lab’s Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1+ years of experience required.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inwards goods following FIFO and SOPs.
• Ensure accurate on-time delivery of components and production kits per plans.
• Maintain Kanban material supply to the shop floor.
• Manage raw material movements and replenishment.
• Maintain stock point accuracy and reflect movements in LN.
• Participate in daily cycle counting and resolve discrepancies.
