Job summary

Crestview Aerospace in Crestview, FL, is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the enterprise-wide Master Production Schedule for our aerospace metallics manufacturing and assembly facility. You will align customer demand, contracts, capacity, and material readiness to drive on-time delivery and efficient resources.

This role collaborates with Operations, Program Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to convert demand into executable plans across warehousing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or industrial engineering.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the integrated Master Production Schedule across all manufacturing and assembly areas.
• Convert contract demand into executable production priorities and align with capacity.
• Monitor schedule adherence and coordinate corrective actions to protect delivery.
• Support SIOP/S&OP process with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate demand, production, inventory, and resource plans across horizons.
• Lead improvements in planning accuracy and ERP/MRP data integrity.
• Mentor Scheduling and Production Planning staff and establish standards.
• Ensure scheduling compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, ITAR/EAR as applicable.
