Job summary

Thales Avionics, Inc. (AGS) in Orlando, FL is seeking a Master Scheduler to translate demand forecasts into monthly, weekly, and daily master schedules.

You will support dock-to-dock, in-house, and subcontractor flows within the Americas region and act as a bridge between operations and commercial teams. You will build and maintain schedules considering SLAs, TATs, lead times, capacity, and escalations, while driving line balancing and throughput improvements across Flow Team and Lead Team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with operations or logistics experience.
• Strong scheduling, forecasting, and project planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels, including executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data–driven decision making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with AOG considerations.

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage the Master Schedule for assigned areas using scheduling tools.
• Lead daily meetings, identify bottlenecks, and resolve scheduling constraints.
• Coordinate interdepartmental plans against capacity and constraints.
• Extract ERP data for analytics; develop KPIs to measure schedule adherence.
• Identify at-risk shipments, communicate delays, and follow escalation procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and update procedures and work instructions.
