Thales Group in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Master Scheduler to create, implement, and manage master schedules for Aviation Global Services. You will translate demand forecasts into monthly, weekly, and daily schedules, supporting S&OP and ensuring SLAs, TAT, and lead times are met.

This onsite role requires strong MS Office skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multinational environment, including possible nontraditional hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Exposure to logistics or operations environments required.
• Strong analytical, strategic, critical-thinking, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Publish and manage the Master Schedule for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Lead daily meetings to ensure adherence to the published schedule and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities to evaluate feasibility of plans against capacity constraints.
• Extract data from ERP systems for KPI tracking and performance measurement.
• Identify shipments at risk and communicate delays following escalation procedures.
