Geater Machining & Manufacturing, Co. is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support growth across aerospace, defense, and space markets.

This on-site role works with the VP of Sales & Marketing, Sales, Project Engineering, Operations, and other internal teams to translate business priorities into coordinated marketing and business-development activity. The specialist will support market research, target-account development, CRM and marketing operations, digital marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Approximately 3–5 years of B2B marketing, business development, market research, demand generation, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and editing skills.
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Able to work in a team, manage time, and handle pressure.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day marketing execution and market intelligence.
• Develop target accounts and manage CRM activity and campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and content creation.
• Provide sales enablement materials and pursuit support for key accounts.
• Assist in trade shows, industry events, and post-event follow-up.
• Develop dashboards and reports linking marketing to commercial outcomes.
