Woodward is seeking a motivated Repair & Overhaul Technician I to join our Loves Park Campus on AWS 1st shift. You will disassemble and reassemble aircraft parts, inspect components, and document maintenance activities to ensure compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in repair and overhaul environments is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance work orders and diagrams.
• Willingness to pass ITAR/EAR requirements and safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, assembly and test product following documented procedures.
• Coordinate with team to analyze work scope and ensure quality.
• Adhere to 5S and safety standards to maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Document maintenance activities and tool usage in logs and systems.
• Assist in inspections and report measurements and compliance.
