Qualifications

• Follows documented procedures to produce products using specified tools and equipment.
• Observes and records key process variables to ensure consistency and quality.
• Performs inspections and tests to verify product accuracy and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented procedures to produce aerospace parts on the Loves Park Campus.
• Operate subassembly processes with hand and specialty tools.
• Maintain 5S workplace organization and safety standards.
• Log daily operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in production line improvements and training of other members.
