Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is hiring an Operations Technician to support Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL on weekend 1st shift (Fri–Sun, 3:00am–3:30pm).

You will perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, and/or special process operations using hand and specialty tools and inspection equipment to produce aerospace parts. Starting training on first two weeks will be 1st shift 7:00am–3:30pm, with potential shift changes during the third week.

Qualifications

• Follows documented procedures to produce products.
• Records key process variables and logs daily operations.
• Inspects and tests to verify product quality.
• Maintains 5S and clean workstations, adheres to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate using hand and specialty tools with inspection equipment.
• Support production lines on weekend shift.
• Resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standard work.
