Job summary

Armada Staffing Group seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead 2nd shift conventional machining in a climate-controlled facility. You will supervise a team including leads, setup technicians, operators, and machinists to meet quality, production, and delivery goals.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach staff, coordinate with management and engineering, and promote teamwork, safety, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in conventional machining or manufacturing; aerospace experience a plus.
• 7+ years of leadership experience, supervising 15+ direct reports.
• CNC Machining certificate or equivalent work experience.
• Associate degree preferred, or trade certificate acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP familiarity; ADP preferred.
• ITAR compliance as a U.S. person.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily 2nd shift manufacturing operations with EDM Manufacturing Supervisor collaboration.
• Supervise and develop employees: team leads, setup technicians, operators, machinists.
• Monitor processes, productivity, control charts, and ERP timekeeping; drive improvements.
• Manage shift operations: assignments, equipment, safety, housekeeping, policies.
• Communicate with management, engineering, and production teams.
• Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
