You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to meet delivery schedules, manage budgets, and support new product introductions. Relentless focus on performance and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a team in manufacturing or aerospace.
• 5+ years as an individual contributor in the same field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data analysis to drive decisions and improvements.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing ops to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules.
