• Previous Production Operations experience.
• Defense and Aerospace production process knowledge.
• Excellent verbal/written communications; able to communicate at multiple management levels.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to manufacturing readiness and/or production readiness assessments.
• DOD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Readiness Assessments for Air Dominance block upgrades.
