Job summary
Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Technician to provide technical support in the Multisensor Department. You will troubleshoot and process non-conformances while guiding and training production staff, applying technical expertise across hardware, tests, and procedures.
You will participate in project teams, design simple fixtures, and assist in evaluating and maintaining complex products, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at an onsite
Qualifications
- Requires AA/AS degree (or 2-year post high school training) with minimum 6 years relevant experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and ability to interpret schematics.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding customer expectations or SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical tasks based on written or verbal instructions.
- Utilize technical assets and equipment to support operations.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and calibration of hardware and software.
- Participate on and/or lead project teams.
- Provide technical solutions to engineering and participate in safety initiatives.
