Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead aerospace manufacturing and repair operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance across product lines. This role links customer commitments with execution and business results.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Solutions teams to meet commitments, optimize capacity, and mentor leaders while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in aerospace manufacturing leadership or equivalent.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and driving safe, quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and repair operations meeting safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Own the operational budget / P&L for assigned product lines, driving revenue, margins, and cost control.
• Translate customer demand and forecasts into staffing, scheduling, and capacity plans.
• Drive throughput and readiness to meet production schedules and on-time delivery targets.
• Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams to remove barriers and improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs including OTD, schedule attainment, productivity, inventory turns, and labor efficiency.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans related to capacity, material availability, staffing, and commitments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root-cause analyses for issues.
• Develop and coach leaders and employees, fostering accountability and engagement.
• Represent operations during customer visits, audits, and leadership reviews.
