Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of aviation manufacturing/assembly experience.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage station employees and performance.
• Provide direction to production activities and maintain safety.
• Coordinate with QA, Procurement and other functions to improve workflows.
• Ensure timely completion of work packages with quality and cost targets.
