Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Palmdale, CA seeks a Manager Supply Chain to lead a diverse team onsite. The role focuses on budgeting, KPI-driven performance, and cross-functional collaboration across procurement, QA, engineering, and transportation to meet program goals.

The position requires a Secret clearance, leadership experience, and the ability to work multiple shifts as needed. It offers learning opportunities and a strong culture grounded in safety and efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelors with 4 years management/SC/PM experience or Master’s with 2 years
• 2+ years leading a team, process, and/or projects
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance to apply/start
• Ability to obtain Program Special Access as required

Mansioni

• Lead a team across GSC functions from procurement to delivery
• Coordinate activities with QA, Engineering, Warehousing, Traffic, Procurement
• Meet direct budget targets and improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Lead a team to support Production goals with safe, cost-efficient handling
• Track and measure KPIs and implement best practices in supply chain
• Train staff in Northrop Grumman values and leadership traits
• Collaborate with programs on material receipt, storage, issue, and transport
• Coordinate with internal and external customers for regulatory compliance
