Collins Aerospace in Puerto Rico is seeking a Quality Engineer II to support product and process quality across aerospace operations. You will implement quality plans, resolve non-conformances, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

This onsite role is based in Santa Isabel, PR with no relocation offered. You will lead audits, drive CAPAs, and mentor teams in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality plans for product/process quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to improve quality.
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure aerospace standards.
• Investigate deviations and implement nonrecurrence solutions.
• Use PFMEA, Control Plans, PFMEA tools to identify risks and mitigation.
• Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and metrics for leadership.
• Support real-time problem resolution with production and Quality Clinic teams.
• Provide leadership in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
