Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico site. You will oversee daily production, supervise teams, and partner with cross-functional functions to deliver safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost objectives.

This onsite role requires strong leadership, experience in aerospace manufacturing, and ability to drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation while

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations for assigned cells, meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop manufacturing employees fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production schedules, prioritize work, and optimize workflow to meet commitments.
• Ensure processes and documentation meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Materials, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support automation and digital transformation.
• Interface with customers to resolve production concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote a safe working environment and EH&S compliance.
