Eaton Aerospace’s FED Division in Beltsville, MD is hiring a Manufacturing Front Line Leader to guide 15–40 hourly workers and act as a key operations leader within an integrated process team. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, costs, and culture through daily oversight and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires on-site work Monday through Friday with a typical 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm).

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or 2 years manufacturing experience with HS diploma plus 5 years preferred.
2 years supervising manufacturing teams.
ITAR: U.S. Person required; no sponsorship; eligible to work in the U.S.

Direct daily activities and development of 15–40 hourly employees.
Drive operational excellence to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and Culture goals.
Coordinate with manufacturing engineering, quality control, HR, and materials/logistics as an operations leader.
Create a culture of trust with hourly team members through clear expectations, feedback, coaching, and escalation.
Partner with team leads to align daily schedules with production plan to meet customer delivery and quality.
Champion safety using MESH tools and empower employees to own safety.
