The role reports to the Director of Engineering and focuses on technical leadership, design for manufacturing, and timely delivery of engineering commitments across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has an Electronic Engineering degree, 7–10 years in system engineering, familiarity with microwave radar and satcom, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level knowledge of electronic engineering and microwave systems.
• Strong system engineering skills with ability to lead complex projects.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing and Process Engineers within Microwave Systems & MRO Value Stream.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to ensure on-time delivery of engineering commitments.
• Define customer requirements and ensure alignment with program scope and contractual impacts.
• Provide technical interface with customers and support cross-functional teams within IPT framework.
