• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and improve safe manufacturing processes.
• Ensure components meet quality specifications per Eaton Quality System.
• Lead and prioritize ME activities to hit quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Manage CapEx, factory cost out and regulatory requirements.
• Design equipment and tooling, procure with suppliers and purchasing.
• Mentor others in ME competencies and lean concepts.
• Analyze manufacturing data to drive process improvements.
